Are you a fan of French toast, but do not eat egg? Do not worry, for there’s an eggless French toast version just for you!
Firstly, you need to mix ½ cup white rava (or Sooji), ½ an onion, chopped up, ½ cup yogurt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp coriander leaves (chopped), salt, ghee and some turmeric powder as well to create a semi-thick batter. You need to take this mixture and spread it onto each bread slice and coat it well.
Next, take a tawa and heat ½ a tsp of ghee on it. Next, place a slice of bread carefully on to the tawa, and then coat the other side of the bread with batter. Once it gets cooked on one side, flip the bread and toast it until it assumes a golden-brown colour on both sides.
