  • 1.5 cups - all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 3/4 cup - butter, melted in room temperature
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/4 cup - walnuts, chopped coarsely
  • 1 tbsp - lavender
  • Milk, as per need
  • 1 pinch - salt

How to Make Eggless Lavender and Walnut Cookies

  • Beat the butter until they turns soft, add the sugar and beat for few minutes more.
  • Meanwhile, sieve the flour and baking powder, keep it aside.
  • Now mix well the flour-baking powder mix, lavender, chopped walnuts, and salt.
  • Sprinkle the milk and turn everything as a stiff dough.
  • Preheat the oven to 350F, arrange a baking sheet over a baking tray.
  • Make medium sized balls from the dough, flatten them in your palms and arrange over the lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the crust turns slightly brown.
