Ingredients

  • 1 cup - all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup - corn flour
  • 1/2 cup - whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp - baking soda
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1-2 cup - butter /Canola Oil
  • 1/2 cup - brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup - tutti fruitti + I table spoon all-purpose flour

How to Make Eggless Tutti Fruti Rusk (Eggless Biscotti)

  • Add the dried fruits to 1 tbsp dried flour mixture and mix well till they are well coated and keep it aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 F or at 180 degree.
  • Sift all the dry ingredients; flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cardamom powder.
  • Add sugar and oil /butter.
  • Add the floured tutti fruit and knead a dough.
  • Make a log of the dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Shape each portion into a log about 8-10 inches long.
  • Bake the log for 20-25 minutes, until they turn brown around the edges.
  • Remove them from the oven and let it rest for at least 20 minutes.
  • Lower the oven temperature to 325F.
  • Carefully cut the cooled logs into slices.
  • Bake the rusk once again for 20-25 minutes, until they are dry and crisp.
  • Remove them from the oven and cool.
