  • 1.5 cups - Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - Corn flour
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Oil
  • 3 tbsp - Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup - Strawberry puree
  • 1 tsp - Baking soda
  • 1 tbsp - Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - Pumpkin seeds +1 tsp - for topping

How to Make Eggless Whole Wheat Strawberry Bread

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease a loaf pan and keep aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine together the flours, pumpkin seeds, baking soda and sugar.
  • In another bowl, mix the oil, yogurt, vinegar and strawberry puree well.
  • Make an indent in the centre of the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients.
  • Stir together gently but don't over stir.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, sprinkle the pumpkin seeds on the top and bake for 25-30 minutes until the skewer inserted comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • Serve with tea or coffee.
