Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces - 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek (methi) - 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder - 1 to 4 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1.5 tbsp
  • Lemon - 1
  • Large onions - 2
  • Green chillies
  • Hung curd - 1 cup
  • Water - 1/4 cup

How to Make Fenugreek Chicken

  • Take a pan add oil, onion, green chillies, tomatoes, chicken, garlic ginger paste, garam masala, turmeric, salt, chilli powder, hung curd and dried methi.
  • Add water and cook for a few mins. Keep the lid on pan.
  • Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
