  • 3.75 l - milk
  • 1 dozen - eggs
  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 30 ml - pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch - nutmeg
  • 950 ml - whiskey
  • 950 ml - brandy
  • 475 ml - dark rum
  • 475 ml - light rum

How to Make Festive Eggnog

  • Separate eggs. Mix yolks in milk.
  • Stir in sugar.
  • Save some sugar for egg whites.
  • Stir in extract, whiskey, brandy and rum.
  • Beat egg whites with sugar until it peaks.
  • Pour on eggnog.
  • Add nutmeg to peaks.
