  • 500 gms - Yoghurt
  • 10 gms - Peeled garlic
  • 20 gms - Ghee
  • 10 gms - Pine nut
  • 10 gms - Red paprika
  • 5 gm - Chopped parsley
  • 5 gm - Cooking salt
  • 30 gms - Fried bread
  • 100 ml - Water of chickpeas
  • 10 gms - Dry mint

How to Make Festive Fatet Hommus

  • Put the chickpeas into a hot pan with garlic, salt, chickpea water and bread.
  • Mix in the yogurt, parsley, mint, paprika.
  • Add the hot ghee and pine nuts.
