Ingredients

  • For stock:
  • 5 litres water
  • 250 gms. Mutton bones
  • 150 gms. coriander seeds
  • 30 gms. ginger (roughly cut)
  • 30 gms. garlic pods (roughly cut)
  • 50 gms. onions
  • 15 gms. black cardamoms
  • 10 gms. green cardamoms
  • 5 gms. mace
  • 10 gms. bay leaf
  • 10 gms. cinnamon
  • 10 gms. cloves
  • 20 ml. cream

How to Make Festive Yakhni Shorba

  • Blanch bones. Prepare stock with above ingredients.
  • Simmer till stock is reduced to 1 litre, add salt.
  • Finish off with warm cream.
