Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - boneless fish
  • 1 cup - tomato puree (or 3 tomatoes ground with 1 clove garlic and 9-10 hot chillies)
  • 100 g - oil
  • 1 bunch - parsley or coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - salt

How to Make Fish Baked in Tomato Garlic Chilly Sauce

  • Marinate fish with salt, tomato puree and parsley for at least for 4-5 hours in the fridge.
  • Add the fish to a greased baking tray and cover it with foil.
  • Bake it for 30 minutes at 150-200 degree centigrade.
