Ingredients

  • 1 can - tuna fish
  • 4 - large potatoes
  • 1 - large onion
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 3 pod - garlic
  • 1/2 inch - ginger
  • coriander leaves
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 tsp - pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - Kashmiri chilli powder
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • bread crumbs
  • salt to taste
  • plain flour

How to Make Fish Cutlets

  • Boil potatoes in the cooker. Cool and then mash.
  • Drain the water from the tuna can and then add tuna to the mashed potatoes.
  • Then slightly fry the onions, ginger, garlic.
  • Add to the mashed potatoes and tuna.
  • Add the coriander leaves, pepper and salt to taste.
  • Make them into small balls and then flatten them.
  • Beat eggs.
  • Place each tuna ball into the plain flour, then egg batter and the breadcrumbs.
  • Shallow fry them.
  • Serve hot with sauce.
