Ingredients

  • 1 - fish head (cut into 4 pieces)
  • 1 - onion
  • 10-12 - cloves of garlic
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • 15 - red chillies
  • Mustard oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Fish Head Preparation

  • Make a paste of 1 tomato, garlic cloves and red chillies.
  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  • Cut and add the onion, fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add the fish head pieces and fry.
  • Add the tomato-garlic-chilli paste and salt and mix well.
  • Cut and add the other tomato.
  • Add 2 cups of water.
  • Put the lid and cook for one whistle.
