Ingredients

  • boneless fish pieces - 1/2 kg
  • lime juice - 2 tbsp
  • salt and pepper - to taste
  • curds - 1 cup
  • green chillies - 4 to 6
  • ginger - 2 cm
  • coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • mint leaves - 1/2 cup
  • cumin - 1 tsp
  • oil - to brush
  • lime juice
  • Garam Masala powder - To garnish

How to Make Fish Kebabs

  • Wash the fish pieces and pat dry. Add lime juice, salt and pepper. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Grind green chillies, ginger, coriander, mint leaves and cumin together with some of the curd. Mix with curd and add to fish. Marinate for 1 hr.
  • Thread on skewers. Brush with oil. Place on a rack and grill till done. Serve hot sprinkled with lime juice and Garam Masala.
