Ingredients

  • Banana (cut into small cubes) - 1
  • Apple (peeled and cut into small cubes) - 1
  • Green grapes (deseeded and chopped) - 50 g
  • Black grapes (deseeded and chopped) - 50 g
  • Orange (deseeded and chopped) - 1
  • Strawberries (chopped) - 3-4
  • Cherries (deseeded and chopped) - 8-10
  • Raisins - 10-15
  • Cream - 100 g
  • Yogurt (fresh) - 125 g
  • Sugar - 2-3 tbsp
  • Black salt/salt to taste
  • White pepper (optional) - A pinch or two

How to Make Flavoursome Fruit Salad

  • Take yogurt in a bowl, add sugar and beat nicely.
  • Add cream and mix to form a uniform mixture.
  • Add all the fruits one by one while mixing well.
  • Lastly, add salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Decorate with strawberries or cherries and grapes and serve chilled.
