Ingredients

  • 500 g - carrot
  • 1 - onion, medium sized
  • 4 tsp - oil
  • 3 tsp - thick curd
  • 2 tsp - chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - vinegar
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Flavoursome Gajar Ka Korma

  • Chop the onions finely. Chop the carrots into 2 cm cubes.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Saute them for a few minutes.
  • Now add the chopped carrots, red chilli powder and salt, then saute them for a while.
  • Add the chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar and saute for a while.
  • Now add some water and let it cook for 5 mins.
  • Now add the garam masala and mix it well.
  • Add the curds to it. Let it simmer for 5 mins more.
  • Top it with chopped coriander and serve it hot.
