Ingredients

  • 1 cup - mint leaves
  • 1 - onion
  • 5 -garlic flakes
  • 5 - green chillies
  • small piece - ginger
  • 1/2 tsp - jeera
  • 2 cardamom
  • 2 - cloves
  • 2 tsps - ghee
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 2 cups - basmati rice
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Flavoursome Mint Pulav

  • Fry cardamom, cloves, jeera, onion and green chillies in ghee till onion turns golden brown.
  • Grind garlic, mint, ginger, coriander powder smoothly.
  • Add this mix to the tawa and let it cook till the ghee separates.
  • Add the mix and salt to the rice and cook in an electric rice cooker.
