  • 200 g - dark chocolate, chopped
  • Dry fruits as required

How to Make French Mendiants

  • Melt the chopped chocolates in a double boiler.
  • Pour a spoonful of the melted chocolate on a parchment paper.
  • The chocolate should spread out into circles.
  • Carefully place the dry fruits of your choice on the disc.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • Remove the mendiants carefully from the parchment paper.
  • Store in an airtight container between layers of wax paper in a refrigerator.
