  • Brinjal - 2
  • Onion - 1
  • Tamarind juice - 1 tsp
  • Dhania powder - 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

How to Make Fried Brinjal

  • Take long pieces of brinjal and fry in oil with onions till tender.
  • Add a little tamarind juice, dhania powder, chilli powder and salt.
  • Fry for few minutes.
  • Serve with rice or roti.
