  • 1 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • oil for shallow frying

How to Make Fried cashewnuts

  • Deep fry the cashew nuts in hot oil till it turns light golden in colour.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients to the fried cashews.
  • Transfer to an airtight container after cooling.
