  • 4 - Chicken legs
  • 2 inch - Ginger (adhrak)
  • 15 cloves - Garlic
  • 4 - Medium green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera (cumin seeds)
  • 1 bunch - Coriander leaves (kothmeer)
  • 1/2 cup - Curd
  • 1 - Lime (fresh)
  • Salt

How to Make Fried Chicken in Green Masala

  • Wash the chicken legs, dab dry with a kitchen towel and keep aside.
  • Grind together ginger, garlic, green chillies, cumin and coriander leaves.
  • Mix the paste with curd, lime, salt and apply to the chicken legs.
  • Keep aside for 1 hour and then shallow fry.
