Ingredients

  • Chicken liver - 1 kg
  • Onion - 1 cup
  • Capsicum - 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies - 3
  • Oyster sauce -2 tbsp
  • Light soya sauce -2 tbsp
  • Dark soya sauce -2 tbsp
  • Vinegar -1 tbsp
  • Lime juice -1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 3 tbsp

How to Make Fried Chicken Liver

  • Clean the liver thoroughly and add oyster sauce, mix it well and leave for half an hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onions, capsicum, green chillies and fry till the onions turn golden brown.
  • Add vinegar, both dark and light soya sauce and stir well for a minute.
  • Add the liver to it and sprinkle 1 tsp of sugar.
  • Stir well and add 2 cups of water.
  • Cook under low heat until the water completely dries up.
  • Add lime juice and serve.
