Ingredients

  • 1 kg - sear fish slices
  • 2 to 3 tsp- chili powder
  • 1 tsp- turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp- ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - thick tamarind juice
  • 4 to 5 tbsp - rice flour
  • 1 - egg, lightly beaten
  • salt to taste
  • oil to deep fry

How to Make Fried Fish

  • Wash the fish and pat dry. Combine rest of the ingredients except the oil.
  • Apply on both sides of fish and keep aside for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Deep fry in moderately hot oil till fish is cooked.
  • Drain from oil and serve hot.
