Ingredients

  • Idlis - 10 to 15
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Curry leaves - a few
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp chopped
  • Green chillies - 4 slit
  • Tomato - 1 cubed
  • Onion - 1 large chopped
  • chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Fried idlies in masala

  • Quarter the idlis and deep fry in oil and keep aside.
  • Heat oil In a kadai, and saute the chopped onion, curry leaves brown.
  • Add the tomatoes and green chillies.
  • Fry for 1/2 min, add the chilli powder and salt.
  • Now add the fried idlis and garnish with coriander leaves.
