  • 1 cup - peas
  • 1/2 cup - cabbage, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 - large onion, sliced
  • Salt - according to taste
  • Black pepper - according to taste

How to Make Fried vegetable egg macaroni

  • Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Make sure it is not overcooked.
  • Heat the vegetable oil, fry onions till golden.
  • Add all the vegetables, with a little salt, and cook till done.
  • Add macaroni and black pepper. Check and adjust seasonings.
