A very simple dessert that offers instant refreshment. To make Frozen Mango Yoghurt, blend mangoes, banana, orange juice, lime juice and milk and add sugar and low fat vanilla yoghurt.  

This soft, creamy mixture is whisked well for all the ingredients to combine well. Freeze it till the required time and enjoy it immediately!

  • 3/4 cup - Chopped Peeled Mango
  • 1 cup - Sliced banana
  • 1/3 cup - Orange Juice
  • 3 tbsp - Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1.5 cup - Low fat/toned milk
  • 3/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Vanilla Yoghurt (Low Fat)

How to Make Frozen Mango Yoghurt

  • Mix first 5 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
  • Combine this mixture with sugar and yogurt in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk.
  • Pour mixture into  6 measure of ice-cream tray/container, and put it in freezer, let it remain for at least 1 hour before serving.
