Ingredients

  • 1 cup - yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • 2/3 cup - orange juice
  • 1/2 - melon
  • 1/2 - papaya
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp - gelatine powder
  • 1 tbsp - water
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice

How to Make Fruit and Jelly Salad

  • Soften gelatine powder in water for 5 minutes.
  • Add sugar to milk and warm. Then add the gelatine mixture to it.
  • When gelatine is dissolved, add yoghurt and mix well.
  • Pour the jelly into a tray and refrigerate.
  • Cut melon, papaya and jelly into bite-size cubes and place in a parfait glass.
  • Mix orange juice with lemon juice and pour over them.
