Ingredients

  • 6 - Raw bananas
  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  • Green chilli paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin - 1/2 tsp
  • Rock salt - 1 tsp
  • White pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Powdered rice - 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup.

How to Make Fruit Kebab

  • Cut the bananas into halves and boil them.
  • Now peel and mash them with a fork.
  • Combine all the ingredients and make rolls.
  • Now shallow fry them in a pan.
  • Serve with chutney.
