  • 2 tsp - chopped walnuts and almonds
  • 1/2 cup - apples, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup - low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup - raisins

How to Make Fruit Parfait

  • Layer the ingredients in a glass bowl starting with a layer of apples, then a layer of honey and nuts, then another layer of banana.
