Ingredients

  • 600 ml. grape juice
  • 60 ml. lemon juice
  • 100 ml. orange juice
  • 225 gms. pineapple pulp
  • 170 gms. sugar
  • 1 lemon rind
  • 1 orange rind
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint
  • A pinch salt
  • A pinch nutmeg
  • 600 ml. soda water
  • Crushed ice

How to Make Fruit Punch with Whipped Cream

  • Mix fruit juice. Rub sugar over lemon and orange rind.
  • Add mint, salt and nutmeg.
  • Cover and let stand in a cool place for an hour.
  • Pour over crushed ice; add soda water and serve in tall glasses with whipped cream on top.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
