  • 1 litre - chilled whole fat milk
  • 1/2 cup - fresh cream, beaten well
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • 1 - banana, ripe
  • 1 - apple
  • 1 - chickoo
  • 1/2 cup - pomegranate
  • 1 - thick slice, papaya
  • 1 - ripe mango
  • 1/2 cup - small seedless green grapes, sweet
  • 1 - fig, large and ripe
  • 1/2 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 15 to 20 - saffron strands
  • 1 tsp - milk masala

How to Make Fruit Salad

  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Chill and serve.
