  • 450 gms. raspberries and strawberries
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • 225 gms. sugar

How to Make Fruit Sorbet

  • Puree the fruit in a blender or pass through a nylon sieve.
  • Stir in the juices of oranges and lemons and add the sugar.
  • Pour into a container and place in the freezer.
  • Stir mixture with a fork every 2-3 hours to promote even freezing.
  • Other fruit sorbets can be made by the same method, but always use lemon juice in the mixture to enhance the flavor.
