Ingredients

  • Fruits:
  • 1 - big guava
  • 2 - orange
  • 2 - banana
  • 1 - granny smith apple
  • 1 - red apple
  • Vegetables:
  • 2 - boiled or roasted potato
  • 2 - red tomato
  • 2 - cucumber
  • 1 -boiled or roasted sweet potato
  • For dressing:
  • 2 tbsp - olive oil
  • 1/2 cup - lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - orange juice
  • Spices:
  • 2 tbsp - roasted cumin seeds powder
  • 2 tsp - dried mint leaves
  • 2 tsp - coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - rock salt
  • 2 tbsp - chaat masala

How to Make Fruity n veggie chaat

  • Roast cumin seeds in a non-stick pan, make powder and keep aside.
  • Cut all fruits and vegetables in cubes.
  • Fry potato cubes till golden colour
  • In a bowl add olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice and mix well.
  • Add all the spices and the dressing into the fruits and vegetables, toss well and serve chilled.
