  • 4 - carrots
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 10 tbsp - yogurt
  • 1 tsp - cumin seed powder
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of sugar
  • A few sprigs of coriander

How to Make Gajara Chi Dahyatli Koshimbir (Carrots in Yogurt)

  • Peel and grate the carrots.
  • Chop the chillies and coriander finely.
  • Blend the yogurt smooth with a fork or a whisk.
  • Stir in the cumin powder, chillies, salt and sugar.
  • Fold in the grated carrot.
  • Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve cold.
