  • Boneless Chicken - 1 Kg
  • Onions, finely chopped - 3
  • Garlic paste - 1.5 tbsp
  • Green Chillies (chopped) - 2 to 3
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped) - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil -2 tbsp

How to Make Garlic Boneless Chicken

  • Wash the chicken and cut into 2.5 cm cubes.
  • Heat oil in a saucepan and fry onions till light brown.
  • Now add chicken cubes, garlic paste, green chillies and salt to taste.
  • Cover and cook for 10 minutes or till the chicken is cooked.
  • Before serving, add chopped coriander.
