  • 2 - yolks of eggs
  • 1 tsp - white vinegar
  • 1/8 - tsp salt
  • 1.5 cups - vegetable oil
  • 4 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

How to Make Garlic mayonnaise

  • Put the egg yolks, salt, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, garlic and vinegar in a large bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients properly with an egg beater.
  • Then, while whisking, add oil gradually till the mixture thickens (add approx. 1/4th of oil).
  • Thin it with lemon juice (approx. 1 tbsp oil).
  • Repeat the whisking and thinning until all the oil and lemon juice is used up.
  • Add salt and pepper and mix it well with a spoon.
  • Chill it.
