Ingredients

  • 750 g - chicken
  • 60 ml - oil
  • 200 g - onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp - peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 2-3 sprigs of curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - ginger

How to Make Garlic pepper chicken

  • Wash and cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, apply salt and set aside.
  • Grind turmeric, chilli powder, peppercorns, cumin, ginger and garlic together.
  • Combine oil and onions in a large bowl, add curry leaves and mustard seeds. Saute on High for 5 mins.
  • Mix in the ground spices and chicken pieces. Mix well and cook on High for 15 mins.
