  • Peeled large prawns - 1/2 kg
  • Lime juice - 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil - to brush
  • Oil - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • Minced garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Freshly crushed black pepper - 1 tsp

How to Make Garlic Pepper Prawns

  • Marinate the prawns in lime juice, salt and pepper for 1/2 an hour.
  • Brush with oil and grill till cooked (about 5-8 minutes).
  • Heat oil in a pan, brown garlic in it. Add pepper and add prawns.
  • Remove from fire and toss till prawns are coated with garlic and pepper.
  • Serve.
