  • 2 cups - French beans (chopped into bite sized pieces)
  • 5 to 6 - garlic cloves (sliced)
  • 2 - red chillies (broken into small pieces) or 2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • Oil
  • Salt

How to Make Garlicky French Beans

  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and stir fry till it turns translucent and gives off a nice aroma.
  • Add red chillies and cook for a minute.
  • Add french beans and mix.
  • Add some water and salt and cook covered till done.
  • Serve warm as an accompaniment to rice or roti.
