  • 300 g - zucchini (cut into pieces)
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 6-7 sprigs - curry leaves

How to Make Garma Garam Zucchini Stir Fry

  • Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and cumin seeds and saute for a couple of minutes.
  • Add zucchini, chilli powder and salt, mix well.
  • Simmer on low heat till the zucchini is cooked.
