  • 1 cup - Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup - Dark chocolate chips or chocolate bar
  • 1 tbsp - Crystallized ginger (chopped as small pieces)
  • 2 tsp - Butter
  • 1/2 cup - Chopped Almonds

How to Make Ginger and Almond Chocolate Fudge

  • In a heavy sauce pan, melt the chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter, ginger pieces and stir continuously.
  • Remove the pan and add the chopped almond nuts.
  • Spread the mixture over a baking sheet and keep aside until the mixture cools.
  • Arrange them in fridge for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut as squares and enjoy it.
