  • 500 g - diced lauki/bottle gourd
  • 150 g - methi leaves
  • 2 tsp - diced ginger
  • 2 tsp - diced garlic
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric
  • 1-2 tsp - red chilli powder

How to Make Ginger and methi lauki sabzi

  • In a wok, heat oil and add diced ginger and garlic.
  • Saute for a while, add methi and saute again.
  • Add chopped lauki and saute.
  • Add cumin powder, coriander powder, and a pinch of turmeric, red chilli powder and salt.
  • Add some water and cook until done.
