  • 2 Peaches, cut into cubes
  • 60 gms. pineapple, cut into cubes
  • 1 orange, remove skin and chop
  • A few strawberries
  • 15 gms. preserved ginger (chopped)
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. castor sugar
  • 15 gms. ginger ale

How to Make Ginger Fruit Cocktail

  • Mix fruit and sprinkle with a little sugar and lemon juice.
  • Put mixed fruit cocktail in tall glasses. Add rest of the castor sugar and stir.
  • Pour iced ginger ale over it and garnish with chopped ginger.
