Ingredients

  • 250 gm- Ginger/Garlic
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Ginger (or Garlic) Paste

  • Clean, peel and grind Ginger/Garlic, salt to a fine paste.
  • Use minimum or no water.
  • Heat oil, add Ginger/Garlic, stir for 30 seconds.
  • Take off fire.
  • Cool and bottle in airtight jar.
  • Use as required.
