  • 1 cup - cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup - onion thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cup - chickpea flour
  • 1tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1tsp - chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 sprig - curry Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Water - few tbsp
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Gingery Cabbage Pakoras

  • Mix cabbage, onion, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chat masala, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and salt in a bowl and keep aside for 10-15 mins.
  • Now mix chickpea flour to it and prepare pakoda batter of right consistency.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry small dumplings of the batter till golden brown.
