  • Ingredients 1 :
  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp - Oil
  • 4 tsp - Milk, to make chapati dough
  • Ingredients 2 :
  • 2 cups -Cauliflower, grated
  • 1 tsp - red chili powder
  • A pinch - garam masala
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander leave
  • 1 tsp - grated ginger
  • 6 eggs

How to Make Gobi Burji Paratha

  • Make a dough out of the first set of ingredients, keep aside.
  • In a bowl take grated gobi, add salt, chilly powder , ginger, coriander, turmeric, garam masala as per taste, mix .
  • In tawa, put oil, and let this gobi mixture be cooked with a lid for 10 minutes, then add beaten eggs, and make burji with that.
  • Once done, let cool, then make a small chapati, place mixture, roll like paratha, and fry it on tawa both sides.
  • Serve hot with pickle and raita.
