  • 20 - Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup - Channa/Chickpeas (soaked and cooked)
  • 2 - Onions (chopped finely)
  • 2 - Tomatoes (chopped finely)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp - Kasuri methi
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Gobi Channa Wrap-Cauliflower Chickpeas Wrap

  • Heat enough oil. Let the fennel seeds crackle in it.
  • Immediately add the chopped onions and ginger garlic paste.
  • Saute until the onions turns translucent.
  • Add the chopped tomato pieces and cook until they turn mushy.
  • Now add the cauliflower florets, cooked chickpeas with red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and enough salt.
  • Saute everything in simmer until the spices gets well mixed with the vegetables.
  • Cook everything in simmer until the oil get separates from the masala.
  • Immediately, add kasuri methi. Toss gently until the masala gets well mixed.
  • Cook everything in simmer for few minutes and put off the stove.
  • For wrap:
  • Cook the already prepared chapattis on both sides until they get well cooked.
  • Place enough gobi channa in chapattis. Roll them as a wrap and enjoy.
