  • 1 - whole cauliflower
  • 2 - onions
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • 1 small piece - ginger
  • 3 pieces - garlic
  • 1 piece - coconut
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Water.

How to Make Gobi Curry

  • First wash the gobi and cut it into pieces.
  • Chop the onions and tomatoes into small pieces.
  • Grind ginger, garlic and coconut using a mixer.
  • Keep the vessel on a stove and add some oil.
  • After heating, add onions and tomatoes.
  • Fry it until it becomes light brown.
  • Add the paste to the vessel, add some chilli powder and mix it well.
  • Pour some water (250ml) into the vessel and mix it properly.
  • After 1 min add the gobi pieces and close the lid.
  • Boil for 7-10 min until the water thickens.
  • Curry is ready.
