Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Minced cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup - Green peas (frozen)
  • 2 - Onions (large and chopped finely)
  • 1/2 cup - Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 - Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp - Coriander powder
  • Few chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - Fennel seeds (crushed)
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Gobi Ka Keema -Minced Cauliflower Curry

  • Heat enough oil in a pan. Add the crushed fennel seeds and fry until they turn brown.
  • Add immediately the chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Saute until the raw smell goes away.
  • Add the frozen green peas and saute for few minutes.
  • Now add the minced cauliflower, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder and coriander powder.
  • Cook everything in simmer until the masala turns thick.
  • Finally add the chopped coriander leaves and put off the stove.
  • Serve with rotis.
