  • 500 g - gobi patha (leaves)
  • 150 g - baby onion
  • 2 - potatoes, big size
  • 2 tbsp - vegetable oil
  • jeera powder
  • chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Gobi Ka Patha Subji

  • Wash the gobi leaves and chop finely. Boil the potatoes, mash and keep aside.
  • Take a kadai, pour the oil, add finely chopped baby onions and fry to golden brown.
  • Add the leaves and sprinkle some water to tender the leaves.
  • Add all the powders, potatoes and mix everything.
  • Add salt to taste.
