Ingredients

  • Milk - 1 litre
  • Cauliflower - 1
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Cashew - 25 g
  • Almonds - 25 g
  • Raisins - 25 g
  • Cardamom - 4

How to Make Gobi Ki Kheer

  • Clean cauliflower and gate it.
  • Boil it till cooked well, drain and keep aside.
  • Boil the milk and cook on low till it becomes half the volume.
  • Now add the boiled cauliflower and boil for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Now heat ghee and add all the dry fruits till golden brown and transfer it into the kheer.
  • Garnish it with cardamom.
  • Keep in refrigerator after it gets cool. Serve.
