  • 2 cup - cooked basmati rice
  • 1 cup - grated coconut
  • 2 tsp - groundnut
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 4 - red chillies
  • 5 tsp - vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Golden Brown Coconut Rice

  • Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard and add red chilli and groundnut
  • When heated then put grated coconut. Fry it till it turns golden brown.
  • Add the cooked basmati rice and salt to taste.
  • Mix well and serve
